Candidates:
Jobsineurope.biz IS NOT an online recruitment company, but an online job listing service. Because of this, we don't store or track any personal information regarding Candidates. No registration is required for the Candidates to submit their applications, no IP address or email is logged UNLESS THE CANDIDATE JOINS THE MAILING LIST.

Candidates use this service at their own risk. Marco Petraroia Internet Services (MPIS LIMITED) is not responsible for any damage, injury or death caused by the use of the service.

By using the service you agree with Terms and Conditions.

Employers and Recruiters:
Jobsineurope.biz does not store any private information and/or credit card numbers. Online payment is operated by an online payment service on their own server.

We only store the basic information you submit during the registration, and some of those: Name of the company, Telephone number, email and address will be displayed together with the vacancies you publish.

The jobs will stay online for a period of 20 days. You can remove jobs from the site by using your control panel.
In any moment, if you are not interested in using the service any more, you can contact us and request that we delete all those information about your company and we will do it straight away.

Recruiters and Employers use this service at their own risk. Marco Petraroia Internet Services (MPIS Limited) is not responsible for any damage, injury or death caused by the use of the service.

By using the service you agree with Terms and Conditions. By Registering with jobsineurope.biz you are not obliged to use the service and/or buy credits.

Privacy:

MPIS LIMITED does not record any personal information of the Candidates. Candidates get in touch directly with the Company who is advertising the vacancies

MPIS LIMITED will not disclose to any party information about the Companies advertising the jobs. Anyway some of the information are visible on the website, for the purpose of the service itself, to allow Candidates to contact Companies.

AT ANY TIME IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO USE THE SERVICE ANYMORE WE WILL REMOVE YOUR DETAILS COMPLETELY. KEEP IN MIND THAT SOME DETAILS COULD REMAIN IN THE CASH OF SEARCH ENGINES FOR SOME TIME, AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS.

Payment:

The payment is handed by our payment partner and is carried out on a secure server.

If your internet connection or the website is not responsive during the payment process please DO NOT RE-SUBMIT your payment, and contact us at info@jobsineurope.biz

NEVER INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS IN THE EMAIL. EMAIL IS NOT A SECURE TRANSMISSION.

Account Cancellation and Refund Policy.

You can ask for a refund within 15 days of your purchase / subscription as per EU regulations. Within first 15 days from your service purchase you are entitled to cancel the account and you are entitled to a full refund for the unused credits in your account.

To cancel your subscription within the first 15 days please contact us quoting your company name and your contact name.

You are not obliged to disclose the reason why you cancel your account.

After the first 15 days the account is valid for one year and no refund is given in case of account cancelation.

JOBSINEUROPE / MPIS LIMITED RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELETE ALL THE ENTRIES THAT ARE SPAM OR CONTAIN LANGUAGE THAT CAN OFFEND SOMEBODY.
